Bu Zhi Chun literally means ""Not knowing Spring"", referring to a winter pick oolong. Not so expensive yet packed with lots of health benefits just like any other oolongs. Our Bu Zhi Chun is from the special Cultivar, which is one of the most popular kinds for its milky and flowery flavour. Very light and delicate in taste but at the same time energy booster.
Preparation
2-3 g tea leaves (approx. 1 teaspoon) to 100 ml ( approx Indian traditional tea cup) of filtered water at 100 °C temperature ; leave to infuse for 30 sec ~ 1 minutes. Infuse same tea leaves 5 ~ 6 times.
