Our second most loved high mountain oolong from Taiwan. It comes from a beautiful tea garden that is 1800m above the see level. Up, on the top of the mountain, this tea grows slowly under the shadow of the clouds, getting gentle sunlight from the sun and of course, without any pollution touched. This pure energy of the tea float in you when you consume it and energized you with enthusiasm.
Preparation
2-3 g tea leaves (approx. 1 teaspoon) to 100 ml ( approx Indian traditional tea cup) of filtered water at 100 °C temperature ; leave to infuse for 30 sec ~ 1 minutes. Infuse same tea leaves 5 ~ 6 times.
