Osmanthus Tea is a fragrant flower tea made from the delicate blossoms of the osmanthus flower, native to East Asia. Known for its light, floral aroma and subtly sweet taste, osmanthus tea has been enjoyed for centuries, not only for its delightful flavour but also for its impressive health benefits.

Preparation

Less than 1 g tea leaves (approx. half teaspoon) to 100 ml ( approx Indian traditional tea cup) of filtered water at 90 ~ 100 °C temperature ; leave to infuse for 10 ~ 20 sec. Infuse same tea leaves 6 ~ 7 times.
