Japanese Sencha
Like we drink chai in India, Japanese drinks Sencha in Japan. One can also say, it’s one of the hidden secrets behind their health and longevity. This lush green colour of the Sencha speaks how skillfully and traditionally it is made in Japan. Unlike Indian green tea, Japanese green tea is smooth, Umami and has natural hint of sweetness. If you have migraine, Japanese sencha must be pick me up tea for you. After consuming it regularly you will see its magic on you.
Preparation
2-3 g tea leaves (approx. 1 teaspoon) to 100 ml ( approx Indian traditional tea cup) of filtered water at 60 ~ 70 °C temperature ; leave to infuse for 30 second. Infuse same tea leaves 5 ~ 6 times.
