Longjing, also known as Dragon Well tea, has been granted the status of ""Imperial Tea,"" as it was historically a favorite of Chinese emperors. It is also deeply embedded in Chinese cultural practices, often served during special ceremonies or to honor guests. It is very special kind of green tea and we also have very small batch available of this royal kind of tea. Do not miss out when its still available.
Preparation
2-3 g tea leaves (approx. 1 teaspoon) to 100 ml ( approx Indian traditional tea cup) of filtered water at 70 ~ 80 °C temperature ; leave to infuse for 30 sec ~ 1 minutes. Infuse same tea leaves 5 ~ 6 times.
